INVENTORY AND ORDERS

Inventory availability is displayed on each item and may not include real-time purchase updates by other shoppers.

If your order request exceeds the available quantity, your entire order will remain in “Backordered” status and not ship until all items are available. Consider splitting your order based on availability and note this may increase shipping costs.

Payment

All major credit cards are accepted as well as Synchrony Private Label shop (and former Vault Shop ) gift certificates.

Synchrony Private Label shop gift certificates are immediately redeemable for all costs (merchandise, taxes and shipping)

Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced.

NOTE: Synchrony business corporate cards are not an approved payment method. Synchrony business purchasing cards can be used when pre-approved per Synchrony T&E policy.

Gift Certificates

Synchrony Private Label shop gift certificates can only be redeemed online at Synchrony Private Label shop. Your Synchrony Private Label shop gift certificate is immediately redeemable; please safeguard this information.

The value of this Electronic Gift Certificate is redeemable for all costs, which includes merchandise, applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Lost or stolen Gift Certificates cannot be replaced. If your order total exceeds the Electronic Gift Certificate amount, please include payment for the balance.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is required by law to be collected in all U.S. 50 states.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout. The shop may recommend ways to increase your order total to waive shipping charges.

Orders must be placed by 1 PM ET to ensure same day processing. 

Synchrony Private Label shop will no longer ship international orders but developing a new plan to offer this service more efficiently in early 2023.

 

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item based on the following conditions:

  • Product must be returned within 30 days of initial receipt
  • Please include proof of purchase with the return (packing slip, order confirmation or email receipt)
  • Product must be unused
  • Customer is responsible for paid return shipping to the following address:

It may take up to 15 business days to receive a credit on your original format of payment and note that it will not include initial shipping charges.
